Une recette parfaite entre musique techno, vid\u00e9os et haute gastronomie. Un petit coup d\u2019aiguille (d\u00e9j\u00e0 fournie) et la bouch\u00e9e \u00e9tait pr\u00eate pour la d\u00e9gustation. Ce concept \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9e par le Chef J\u00e9zabel Pilote, du Bistro Jezz\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, nous voulions cr\u00e9er des bouch\u00e9es hors-du-commun qui affriolent tous les sens. J\u2019ai longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi et fait plusieurs essais avant de pouvoir aboutir \u00e0 ce concept. Nous nous sommes beaucoup amus\u00e9s et encore davantage lors de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement!\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fmeat.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/sIMG_0150.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1217\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fmeat.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/sIMG_0150-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Mix des chefs FME ballon\" width=\"442\" height=\"332\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fmeat.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/sIMG_0150-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.fmeat.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/sIMG_0150-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fmeat.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/09\/sIMG_0150.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 442px) 100vw, 442px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres amuse-bouches abracadabrantes ont ravi les festivaliers\u00a0: un tartare de b\u0153uf, baptis\u00e9 Blow-job, qu\u2019il fallait aspirer dans un tuyau en plastique; un tartare de saumon emball\u00e9 comme un bonbon; un savoureux gaspacho de tomates de Guyenne dans une bouteille aux allures de boules de No\u00ebl; des sucettes au chocolat blanc enrob\u00e9es de caramel croquant; des chocolats pralin\u00e9s parachut\u00e9s sur la foule.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s nous avoir ouvert l\u2019app\u00e9tit apr\u00e8s tant de r\u00e9gals visuels, auditifs et gustatifs, le Mix des chefs nous a un peu laiss\u00e9 sur notre faim vu sa courte dur\u00e9e. Nous aurions souhait\u00e9 que la f\u00eate dure toute la nuit.
