La cour est pleine. Le punch coule \u00e0 flot. Nous avons eu droit \u00e0 un banquet de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s bretonnes, servi par les fondateurs du prestigieux festival.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Au menu, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Rennes appel\u00e9e Kig Ha Farz : un rago\u00fbt de choux, boeuf, porc, carottes et navets, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une farce au sarrazin (ne vous en faites pas, m\u00eame le Breton a d\u00fb googler le nom), des saucisses au porc, envelopp\u00e9es d&rsquo;une galette de sarrazin (pas piqu\u00e9 des vers) et le fameux kouign amann, une p\u00e2tisserie bretonne faite de beurre, de sucre et de beurre.
