COUP DE CŒUR TÉLÉ-QUÉBEC
For a eighth consecutive year, a jury will give the COUP DE CŒUR TÉLÉ-QUÉBEC award to an artist or a band. The prize takes the form of a performance on Télé-Québec’s “Belle et Bum”.
